HSE Audtitor - Manage and Implement all types of inspection reports from start to finish. Designed for Health and Safety inspection reports, but not constricted to them, the HSE Auditor allows you to easily create and undertake reports in an efficient manner. This app utilises the tools of your device to process professional reports in pain free way. The report manager allows you to create all types of reports with ease. Questions can be structure within sections and subsections, to create a coherent flow to your report. The validation check features that can be applied to a number of question types, allows the app to check answers given when undertaking a report. The outcome can then determine problem areas, which are highlighted in the report. So what type of questions / items can be added to reports? - Questions and Answers - Yes / No Questions - Dates - Numerical Answers - Scoring - Multiple Choice With all questions, you have the option of allowing the user to upload photos to support their answers, either from the device photo library or from the device camera. These photos can then be annotated, to highlight problem areas in a photo. This image is included in the report, to provide strong evidence to aid answers to questions. Report templates can be shared or download from the community. The app comes with template reports which can be used as a starting point. These can be copied and manipulated to suit your needs. Although the current selection of template reports is limited, this will grow with each update of the app, bringing useful reports that can be initiated from the get-go. Completed reports can be saved (to be followed up on or viewed at a later date), printed to nearby wireless printers, or e-mailed to a number of individuals. The app allows you to configure an e-mail recipient list as well as utilising a default e-mail layout structure, to hasten the e-mail distribution process. If you want to personalise the app for your company, a profile can be set in which your own logo and information can be uploaded to be integrated into reports. You can secure the app to restrict a users access from the configuration aspects of the auditor. This makes the tool a very powerful one for a company, allowing you to taylor it to your needs. The HSE Auditor is in its early years and will grow from strength to strength with each update.
